I've Been Where You Are
Hey, Awakening Soul. I'm Suliet Rivera.
I know what it feels like to spend years carrying emotional pain, anxiety, overwhelm, and patterns you can't seem to think your way out of. I know what it feels like to live disconnected from yourself, to question your worth, and to wonder why life feels so much harder than it seems to be for everyone else.
For a long time, I wasn't just struggling with structure. I was struggling with what it meant to feel safe, seen, and fully myself. What changed things wasn't one answer. It was layer by layer.
Understanding ADHD helped me understand the patterns in my brain I had been living with. Human Design, Numerology, self-awareness, and my own intuition helped me recognize myself in a deeper way. And NLP helped me shift the beliefs and survival patterns that had been running underneath everything for years.
Aligned Waves was born from that journey. From surviving, searching, awakening, and slowly learning how to work with my mind, my emotions, and my deeper wiring instead of fighting all of them at once.
